GM Box Cricket Trials!

GMBCA Trial Policy

1. Trial Validity Period
   The trials shall be conducted within a period of one (1) full calendar year from the scheduled trial date. During this validity period, the participant shall be eligible to appear for the trial. No refund shall be applicable during this period.

2. Non-Conduct of Trials
   In the event that the trials are not conducted within one (1) calendar year from the originally scheduled trial date, the entire trial fee shall be refunded to the participant.

3. Non-Attendance by Participant
   If a participant fails to report or attend the trial on the scheduled date and time for any reason, the trial fee shall stand forfeited and no refund shall be provided.
   In such a case, if the participant wishes to appear for the trial again, fresh registration along with payment of the full trial fee shall be mandatory.

4. Selection Disclaimer
   Payment of the trial fee does not guarantee selection. The fee only grants the participant permission to participate in the trial. Final selection shall be strictly based on performance and fulfillment of the prescribed selection criteria as determined by GMBCA.

5. Announcement of Results
   The trial results shall be declared within thirty (30) days from the date of successful completion of the trial.
