3. Cricket Trials and Coach Registrations

  • Player Trial Registration (including leather/tennis cricket options, age group selection, role selection, and fees)

  • Registration submission does not create any employment relationship, agency, partnership, or joint venture.

4. Fees, Payments, and Confirmation

5. Refunds and Trial Policy (Binding)

  • Trial validity: trials conducted within one calendar year; generally no refund during validity period
  • Non-conduct within one year: refund of trial fee
  • Non-attendance: fee forfeited; fresh registration required
  • Selection disclaimer: payment does not guarantee selection
  • Results timeline: results declared within 30 days of successful completion

6. Selection, Fitness, and Conduct

  • No Guarantee of Selection: Participation fees grant permission to appear for trials; selection is performance-based and criteria-driven.
  • Medical Fitness: You are responsible for ensuring you are medically fit to participate. We may require medical declarations or documents. You assume all risk of participation in sports activities.
  • Code of Conduct: You agree to behave respectfully and lawfully at trials/events; harassment, violence, cheating, or misconduct may result in removal and disqualification without refund (where permitted by law).
